Cheng Kui An (Fui-On Shing (February 1, 1955-August 27, 2009), was born in Hong Kong, a film and television actor in Hong Kong, China.

In 1978, Cheng Kui'an was discovered by Hong Kong artist Li Xiuxian and entered the film and television industry. In 1985, he played the role of "Da Silly " for the first time in the film "The Lucky Star ". In 1986, he starred in the action movie " Heroes ".
