The % of health steal a character has, is the percentage of the damage they do which gets converted into health gain. Example. A toon has 10% health steal. He attacks and does 10,000 damage.

The best all-rounder is Negotiator. Of the four you listed, none are. meta. The strongest counter-meta is a toss-up between Executrix with full Empire and Home One with Rebels but both will require a hefty investment to beat Negotiator / Malevolence.

Malevolence. Malevolence has seen a rise in popularity and usefulness now that other fleets have become more prevalent.

What is a good Swgoh speed?
Anything over 300 is fast no matter where you are in the game, but I remember a long period of time when my best toons were in the 250-270 range, and I had struggled through months before that when 230 was considered blazing.
Do mods increase power Swgoh?
Mods (short for modifications) are equippable resources that are part of the character progression system to increase the power of characters. They are the only part of the system that allows players to choose what stats they would like to increase.
Why is speed important in Swgoh?
Faster = more turns = kill your enemies before they kill you. Some teams also benefit from clocking your speeds so that your characters get their turns in a specific order; Beskar Mando is a good example. In general, you want to prioritize speed.
Accounts (at any gear level) that ignore mods can have scores anywhere from 0.5 – 1. Accounts (again at any gear level) who are doing a decent job of mod farming may have scores from 2-4. Players who really focus heavily on mods may have scores up into the 7 or 8 range.
What should I spend my crystals on Swgoh?
The best uses, imo, are:
energy refreshes on hard nodes to farm toons (especially if you are just starting out)
energy refreshes on cantina nodes (either for toons or signal data)
energy refreshes for mods.
energy refreshes for fleets.
Is Anakin good in Swgoh?
Anakin is a very good attacker as he gets stronger when an ally or enemy is defeated. This forces enemies to attack him so that he doesn’t get any bonus damage off. His standard attack has a chance to inflict healing and buff immunity, which is vital in stopping enemies from getting healed.
