Negotiator. The Negotiator fleet remains the top meta fleet, unmatched in defense and offense power.
Malevolence. Malevolence has seen a rise in popularity and usefulness now that other fleets have become more prevalent.
The maximum level cap in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is 85, which was changed from the previous level cap of 80 (previously 70). The maximum gear level is gear 13; beyond this, characters improve their “Mastery” with Relic Amplifiers, which have a maximum of level 9 (previously 8).

Anakin is a very good attacker as he gets stronger when an ally or enemy is defeated. This forces enemies to attack him so that he doesn’t get any bonus damage off. His standard attack has a chance to inflict healing and buff immunity, which is vital in stopping enemies from getting healed.
How good is Darth Vader in Galaxy of Heroes?
Darth is very tanky even at 4 stars when you gear him well. His basic ability works great against Jedis since they cannot evade that. His AoE ability inflicts 3 stacks of damage over time, which is great when used alongside other AoE damage skills. Culling blade deals bonus damage but removes any status effects.
