Fighting Fit combines Tae Kwon Do and gym-based boxing moves, drills, punches and kicks for a full body workout. The Fighting Fit class is a 60 minute mix of cardio, strength, stamina and flexibility. Exercises can be performed alone or with a partner (when guidance allows).
