What muscles do J bands work?

The J-Bands™ Exercise Routine is SPECIFICALLY designed to prepare the arm for overhand throwing. The J-Bands™ target the small muscles in the rotator cuff and arm to optimally prepare it for the act of throwing. This can not be achieved in the same way with static or other types of stretching.
We recommend doing J-Bands™ 3-4 times per week during the Off-Season in times of non-throwing. This keeps blood flow, range of motion and heat throughout the arm and makes it much more healthy when you do return to a Throwing Program.

Can resistance bands break?
Resistance bands can break down over time due to normal wear and tear from use. It is important to inspect resistance bands frequently to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Also, many of the injuries from resistance band exercises come from improper use.
Do resistance bands burst?
Bands are made to be used in an explosive manner. Just be sure to check your bands to make sure they are in good condition before exercising with them. While they are made to last a very long time, if they’ve been used on abrasive surfaces for too long, they can break.
Do elastic bands break?
When you stretch the bands beyond their elasticity (be either shortening, them or stretching them too far), the pressure on the latex at the point of connection becomes too great, and creates tears. These tears weaken the latex and eventually lead to a snap.
