Tong Lusheng -Founding Major General

Tong Lusheng (1901-2001) was born in Huangpi, Hubei (now Huangpi District, Wuhan). He joined the Communist Party of China in 1926 and participated in the Huangan riots in Hubei in the following year. During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he served as Chief of Staff of the Military Department of the Shandong Provincial Party Committee of the Communist Party of China, a military instructor of the Third Campus of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese Military and Political University, deputy director and section chief of the Fourth Bureau of the Central Military Commission, senior member of the Eighth Route Army Headquarters, and deputy director of the First Bureau of the Central Military Commission And acting director. During the liberation war, he served as the director of the First Bureau of the Central Military Commission, the deputy director of the Fourth Bureau, and the acting director.

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he successively served as the director of the Fourth Bureau of the Central Military Commission, the deputy director of the Military Publishing Department of the Training Directorate of the People's Liberation Army, and the deputy director of the Academy of Military Sciences. He was awarded the rank of major general in 1955. He is a representative of the Seventh National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Introduction

Comrade Tong Lusheng is a Huanghua from Hubei. He joined the Chinese Socialist Youth League in 1923, and joined the Communist Party of China in 1926.
