How do you work out your glutes with a barbell?
Barbell Hip Thrust
Sit on the floor with your back to a bench.
Drive through your heels to lift your hips up toward the ceiling, keeping your upper back in place on the bench.
Pause and squeeze your glutes at the top.
In a slow and controlled motion, lower your butt back toward the ground.
Do 8 to 12 reps.
