What muscles do Bruggers work?
The Brugger exercise uses the antagonistic muscles, those that extend the thumb, fingers, wrist, and extend and externally rotate the shoulders.
What is Brugger relief position?
Turn your feet outward slightly. Draw your belly in slightly toward your spine. Tilt your pelvis forward and raise your breastbone up. Turn your hands palms-up and your arms slightly outward, with the arms somewhat raised from your sides. Hold this position and take deep “belly” breaths for 10 seconds.
What is Brugger’s test?
The principal axes of the ellipse are measured using a magnifier. The projection surface of the wear surface is calculated based on this. The combined pressing strength and projected wear surface quotient gives the resilience of the lubricant according to Brugger B (N/mm2).
